With this call for tenders, eGovernment St.Gallen is looking digitally in the open procedure in the area covered by the State Treaty. (eGovSG) in collaboration with the Social Affairs Office of the Department of the Interior (DI-AfSO) is the most advantageous offer. The subject of this tender is an IT solution with which the new St.Gallen discount system for family and school-based childcare is handled as well as the associated provision of services in connection with the conception, provision, commissioning and introduction of a network solution. The provider makes KiBG-IT available as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for a fixed term of 5 years. The term can be extended once by 3 years (= 8 years in total) by the benefit recipient.
