The Frohmatt retirement center was retroactively spun off from the city of Wädenswil on January 1, 2025 and became an independent stock corporation. Up to this point, the retirement center was completely part of the city's administration and management Support structures embedded, especially in the city's IT infrastructure and services. With the spin-off, responsibility for operation, security and further development of IT is transferred to the new organization. For further operation An independent IT environment that is completely separate from the city is therefore required.
