• Lucerne train station is the central hub in the public transport system of the city and agglomeration of Lucerne. This is where the city bus lines are linked to each other and to the regional bus and train lines. The Lucerne Transport Association is aiming for the introduction additional diameter lines. However, this project cannot be implemented with the existing infrastructure at Lucerne train station. For this reason, several bus stops at Lucerne train station are being converted. In the course of this work, extensive work is also carried out Catenary installations required. Optionally, the contact line installation work at the Emmenbrücke bus hub will also be put out to tender. A detailed project description is included in the tender documents in document A1.
