- Description:
- Kantonsstrasse No. 6 between house No. 109 and Schaugentobelstrasse will be extensively renovated due to slope movements and safety deficits. The approximately 470 meter long section of road will receive a new roadway with a width of 6.00 meters and a width of 1.50 Meter wide cycle lane uphill. The lines will be optimized and the road superstructure will be completely replaced. Edge borders are recreated and guide barriers are installed on the supporting structures. The steep topography requires downhill access additional support structures around 250 meters long. Depending on the section, concrete bars, angle retaining walls or concrete bars with spurs are used, all anchored in the rock with inclined nails and micropiles. The street drainage will be complete renewed. A new collecting pipe and seepage pipes ensure the drainage of surface water. Before being discharged into the Goldach, the street wastewater is treated in a retention filter basin with a grit/gravel filter. Become additional Hydraulic engineering measures implemented: new inlet structures with rakes and the renewal of dolphins for the Unterschachenbach and side waters.
