Description:
In the workshop for thermal vehicles, four tracks with pits are being expanded to a usable length of 20 m by means of a hall extension and extension. Replacement areas will also be created for material storage and office space. The tracks of the D group are located in the track field in front of the workshop halls renewed or adapted to the geometries of the new hall entrances. The indoor switchgear will be housed in the newly constructed basement.
The basement is constructed using solid construction and measures approximately 27.2 by 24.8 meters. In the extension to the existing hall there will be one A new hall measuring around 28.4 x 14.4 meters was built in steel construction, which has a mezzanine floor under terrain in solid construction. The workshop extension (17.7 by 13.4 meters) has a partial basement. There will also be a two-story intermediate building (15.7 by 8.2 meters) in solid construction created, which also has a partial basement. The excavation pit is secured using rock walls, which are partially blown off.
The addition and expansion takes place parallel to the workshop operations and two tracks in the workshop must be usable throughout the entire construction period be guaranteed.
