Realization) for the complete renovation of Laufen Castle at the Rhine Falls in Dachsen. Laufen Castle at the Rhine Falls is one of the most important cultural and tourism locations in the canton of Zurich and is now facing a comprehensive renovation. The Historically grown complex, the origins of which go back to the Middle Ages, will be restored in accordance with the preservation of historical monuments and further developed in a targeted manner. The aim is to ensure long-term access to this unique cultural asset and at the same time to ensure a qualitatively to create high-quality offerings in the areas of gastronomy, hotels and seminar and event use. In addition to the renewal of the existing building structure, the project includes the expansion of the visitor center and the development of a central one Building technology. Particular challenges lie in building in existing buildings, dealing with listed buildings and operating within a highly frequented tourist destination.
