Description:
An operating stop of the Lavey hydroelectric factory, with emptying of the ADD gallery, is scheduled between October 3 and November 28, 2025.
Taking advantage of this interruption, the industrial services of the city of Lausanne [SIL] provide for the repair of the concretes of the raft of the Gallery 7.75 m in diameter. The magnitude of the repair work to be carried out depend on the one hand on the observations made during the inspection visit to the opening of the gallery and, on the other hand, on the current repair work. To date about 60% of the raft of the gallery, over a total length From 3,850 m, have already been repaired during the campaigns of 1984, 1989, 1997, 2005, 2011 and 2018 but sections could possibly require new covers. Different types of repair work are envisaged:
- occasional rangles, at low volume, on limited surfaces, with mortar Sika Monotop 412 N or similar supplemented by a layer of Mortar wear Sika Abraroc or similar;
- the filling of raft zones with holes/erosions of large volumes with concrete 0/16 CEM 350;
- the widening of large surface areas, with strong abrasion, with SIKA MONOTOP 412 n or similar mortar set up by a guntage in one or two layers.
- Protection against erosion of large area areas with a layer of Mortar wear Sika Abraroc or Sika Kanal-820 or similar.
