Description:
The subject of the present tender are the engineering services for the further project planning of the relocation of Grimselpassstrasse up to and with execution project:
Package 1
- Development of the construction project and support project (street plands) in the years 2025+2026. The SIA phases 32 and 33are planned as a total package. No independent construction project dossier is created.
- Support of the KWO in the approval process (until 2028).Tenders documents master builder, offer comparison and application application (2028 + 2029).
Package 3
- execution project/execution planning (from 2029)
- Documentation + plans of the executed building + support for the transfer to operator)
The services of the local construction management is notThe subject of the present tenders
The packages 2 and 3 should optionally be offered and also integrated into the planner contract. The triggering resp. Effective order of these two packages, however, takes place only 3 months before the start of the corresponding engineering work.
