Description:
The subject of the project is the conversion of the existing school building in Ramosch into first homes. The plan is to adapt the building structure to residential use, to carry out energy-related renovations including thermal insulation measures and to convert to one Sustainable heat supply using a heat pump. An elevator will also be installed to ensure accessibility. Main CPV: 4,500,000 construction works
