- Construction of a logistics center in Birsfelden with an Aemp. It is a solid building, which is divided into basic expansion and tenant expansion. The building consists of a head building (office use) and hull building (warehouse/logistics and Aemp). The tender includes the ventilation of the AEMP-cleaning area, the remaining AEMP environment, ex-protection and hazardous substances, roofing, as well as the storm ventilation systems of the refrigeration center and fine distributions in the office area. The room air quality and room air cooling in the clean rooms are ensured by means of a central circulation system. The clean room area is designed with a room pressure cascade. The exhaust air of medical technology devices is directly caught and removed.
