Description:
Construction of a logistics center in Birsfelden with an AEMP. It is a hard building, divided into two parts, one for basic work and the other for tenants. The building consists of a head building (offices) and a substantive building (warehouse/logistics and AEMP). This call for tenders concerns services for the trade ventilation of rental development. The call for tenders includes the ventilation of the AEMP white rooms area, the rest of the EMP environment, the premises for protecting explosions and dangerous materials, the roof power plant, as well as That anti-temple ventilation installations of the cold power plant and fine distributions in the offices area. The ambient air quality as well as the cooling of the ambient air in the white rooms are provided by a central air recycling installation. The white room area is designed with a waterfall of ambient pressure. The stale air of medical devices is directly captured and evacuated.
