Description:
Phase preliminary study (SIA 21) and preliminary project (SIA 31), whereby the phases will overlap. Services: overall management, tunnel construction in open-cast mining and mining advance (conventional and TBM); Civil engineering and special civil engineering, supporting structures, geology and Hydrogeology, technical systems (tunnel ventilation, tunnel safety, fire protection) and railway technology (roadway), architecture (connecting structure) The 2nd stage DBL includes the Neustadt tunnel (double track) from Lucerne underground station (excl.) to the connection to the existing one Railway line towards Olten in the Heimbach/Gütsch/Fluhmühle area (incl.) as well as all the necessary structural measures. The lines and cross-section of the tunnel as well as the characteristics of the connecting structure will be examined as part of the preliminary study (variant study). set. The preliminary project is developed based on the best variant from the preliminary study. The services are to be provided in the period Q4/2026 to Q2/2031.
