IN FRENCH:The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest for a call for tenders it intends to launch for the maintenance of Mettler Toledo brand weighing stations. These are 9 weighing stations, each made up of one or two platforms. weighing at an ID7 weighing terminal.Two types of services are required:A.For equipment whose commissioning took place before 2016, only the services below are required:. Annual inspection. Cleaning/functional test. Control with weight. Adjustment according to manufacturer's standards. Replacement device on site. Telephone support. Response within 24 hours. Provision of SCS calibrated weights up to 600 kgB. For equipment put into service after 2016, in addition to the required services mentioned above, it is necessary to add the following services:. Services A. On-site repair. Original spare parts. Provision of compatible replacement equipment. Guarantee of proper functioning of the installations (equipment and operating software) during the contractual period. The aim is to establish a single contract for an initial period of three (3) years with one (1) option to extend for a period of two (2) years, subject to satisfactory execution of the contract by the Contractor and the availability of UNOG budgets, i.e. five (5) years maximum.
