- This call for tenders calls for surface cleaning and maintenance services. external mineral resources of the EPFL Ecublens campus for a period ranging from mid-2026 to mid-2029. The exact contractual conditions are mentioned in chapter 9.20 of the specifications. Services include waste collection, emptying of trash cans, ecopoints in exterior areas (lot 1) and road sweeping (lot 2). Emptying ecopoints, visually cleaning mineral surfaces, cleaning of furniture and equipment The purpose of this lot is to provide emptying services for external ecopoints on the Ecublens campus (see appendix 10 - Lot 1 plan book). Bidders will be required to undertake the following tasks in particular: • Sight cleaning of non-vehicleable mineral surfaces, such as sidewalks, accesses pedestrians, stairs, stands, terraces, etc. ; • Emptying and cleaning of ecopoints; • Cleaning of bus stops; • Cleaning of bicycle stations; • Removal of stickers and posters outside billboards; • Removal and disposal of bulky objects on campus; • Cleaning services on request. Cleaning of roads, parking lots and public places The purpose of this lot is to provide maintenance services for roads, access and places. vehicles of Ecublens campus (see appendix 10 - Lot 2 plan book). Bidders will be required to undertake the following tasks in particular: • Sweeping of driveable mineral surfaces, such as paving, etc.
