- IN FRENCHThe United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) would like to receive expressions of interest for a call for tenders it intends to launch for the maintenance of smoke vents and ventilators. extraction at the Palais des Nations in Geneva (Switzerland). Fifty-two (52) equipmentAll windows, electric domes and exhaust fans are installed on the Palais des Nations site. The maintenance services include inspection and technical maintenance once (1) a year on site, in accordance with the regulations in force, and a 24-hour "hotline" service,7 days a week with interventions in the event of a breakdown. The goal is to establish a contract for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of an extension of two (2) additional and consecutive periods of one (1 ) maximum year each (3 1 1), subject to satisfactory performance of the servicescarried out and the availability of UNOG budgets. Please note that this Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute a call for tenders.
