• Maintenance of the video surveillance, perimeter and access control and anti-burglary infrastructure of UNOG buildings in Geneva / Maintenance of the video surveillance systems, perimeter security, access control, and intrusion-detection infr The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) is seeking expressions of interest for a tender it intends to launch for the maintenance of video surveillance, perimeter and access control infrastructure and anti-burglary protection of UNOG buildings in Geneva.UNOG is installed in the historic Palais des Nations located in the 46-hectare Ariana Park in Geneva. It is made up of various premises (offices, conference rooms, villas, catering, etc.). THE Palais des Nations is one of the largest diplomatic conference centers in the world. The services must meet the following objectives: • Maintain the level of safety by ensuring upkeep as well as preventive and curative maintenance of equipment, in accordance with technical specifications; • Ensure the permanent operation of equipment in order to guarantee the comfort and safety of UNOG users; • Provide rapid interventions (up to 48 hours in emergency cases) and a high-quality service, including a troubleshooting system operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round; • Maintain and/or restore the operational status of existing equipment, ensuring their proper functioning.
