- The purpose of this tender document is to invite tenderers for the mandate as REPIC Implementing Agency for Phase 2026-2030, starting approximately in April 2026. The mandate will be for 4 years plus the option 1 of an additional 4 years (Phase 2030-2034) and an option 2 for the implementation of a budget increase for Ukraine. The REPIC Implementing Agency manages the operational, administrative, and financial aspects of the REPIC platform and serves as the main liaison for beneficiaries and partners. Most activities are conducted domestically, with occasional international missions for evaluation and support. The REPIC Implementing Agency ensures the operational management of REPIC (including its administrative and financial aspects).
