In the traction current network it will be 15kV 16.7Hz Measuring transformers are used to monitor and measure the current values of the contact line voltage and the contact line current. These are four different measuring transformers required for traction current:
* Voltage converter 0.5kVA
* Current transformer 40:1
* Current transformer 2000/1000:1
* Combination converter 2000/1000:1
The use of prototypes is mandatory for new types of transducers or for suppliers who have not yet delivered any transducers to the SBB.
