- From Monday to Friday (except on official public holidays), a menu meat/fish/poultry and a vegetarian menu as well as a daily soup in the number ordered by a catering partner are unortional, in cold delivery and without an interruption of the cooling chain to the locations Hagenholz and Werdhölzli delivered where they are regenerated and sold by gastro teams by ore. The dishes delivered should correspond to the requirements of nutritional strategy 2021 of the city of Zurich: https://www.stadt-zuerich.ch/gud/de/index/umwelt_energie/ernaehrung.htmldas menu meat/fish/poultry contains a meat component at least twice a week And a fish component once a week.
