Description:
This call for tenders concerns the energy renovation and partial renovation of the building located at Avenue de Mon-Repos 3, 1005 Lausanne, listed as *1* - MH and PBC-B overall. The priority of the intervention concerns sanitation energy efficiency of the building, with emphasis on sobriety, the life cycle, performance, use of resources and renewable energies, economic and ecological efficiency, as well as comfort and indoor air quality. She must also prevent damage to the construction and all problems linked to the physics of the building.
