- This call for tenders concerns the energy renovation and partial renovation of the building located at Avenue de Mon-Repos 3, 1005 Lausanne, listed as *1* - MH and PBC-B overall. The priority of the intervention concerns the energy renovation of the building, with emphasis on sobriety, the life cycle, performance, the use of resources and renewable energies, economic and ecological efficiency, as well as on comfort and indoor air quality. It must also prevent damage to the construction and all problems linked to building physics. The objective of the energy renovation of the Mon-Repos 3 building is to reduce the need for heat and CO2 emissions by at least 27%.
The successful bidder will be asked to conduct the diagnosis of the existing building (ph 21), actively participate in the procedure choice of technical and specialist agents (ph 22), develop a preliminary project (ph 31), a project (ph 32), an authorization application file (ph 33) and direct the implementation of the energy sanitation and renovation project (ph 41 to 53).
