• Description:
• As part of the renewal and expansion project of the maintenance center
  San Bernardino South, more interventions are planned on existing buildings and more precisely:
  - The demolition of the buildings of Area B, outside the mechanical workshop, the
  excavation and the construction of the expansion of the buildingB in reinforced concrete
  and mixed steel-hearthstick structure;
  - the renewal of the interior of building F, ex-deposit salt and its transformation
  into a maintenance workshop for UTGR, with offices and deposits.
  - partial demolition and renovation works inside building for the
  new buildingcar washing, the new trafo station and the transformation to the workshop
  electro-mechanical of the remaining spaces.
  - the renewal works with removal, disassembly and demolition, reinforcements and
  adaptations within the administrative building A, remaking of the impermeabilization
  external underground;
  - iRemoval, disassembly and demolition works, reinforcements and adaptations inside
  of the existing workshop B, remaking of the external under-permanerable underlying;
  - the removal, disassembly and cleaning works, and adaptations, within building D,
  used as a canteen;
  - the completionof the execution works of the underground infrastructures on the square
  for this second phase II of intervention.
