Description:
The Estavayer-le-Lac Branch of the Federal Roads Office (OFROU-F1 EP) is responsible for the “Project Creation” (PROGEN) phase. This phase is the first step in the OFROU process for any maintenance project generation. Its aims are to consolidate the bases of a new project, to involve Asset Management (EP), Project Management (PM), Technical Support (FU) from the outset in order to achieve a concerted solution, with clear objectives, a controlled geographical footprint as well as realistic and relevant implementation deadlines.
