Description:
The Estavayer-le-Lac Branch of the Federal Roads Office (OFROU-F1 EP) is responsible for the Project Creation phase (PROGEN). This phase is the first step in the OFROU process for any maintenance project generation. Its aim is to consolidate the foundations of a new project, to involve Asset Management (EP), Project Management (PM), Technical Support (FU) from the outset in order to achieve a concerted solution, with clear objectives, a controlled geographical footprint as well as realistic and relevant implementation deadlines.
The object of the present call for tender are the Project Author services (APR) for areas K (Artwork) and TG (Tunnel and Geotechnics) for projects to be created across the entire F1 territory over a period of five years (2026 2031).
