Description:
Customer information is a fundamental base for the access and use of the public transport offer and plays a key role in travel experience. The judgment is an essential place of the client course and the TL are intended to revalue this place to guarantee a customer experience quality.
The TL provides the renewal of the entire current park of traveler information terminals (BIV) for road and M1 systems as well as the deployment of new terminals for the T1 tram.
This is a supplies market, relating to the acquisition of:
- 200 information terminals TFT travelers
- 50 LED travelers information terminals (Recto/Verso)
- 150 Virtual traveler information terminals
- Display software for TFT, LED and virtual travelers information terminals
- Administration software for traveler information terminals
- Accommodation solution
- Staff training
- Software maintenance of TFT and LED Types Information Basics
The details of the expected supplies and services is described in the room 2.0 Technical specifications.
It is planned to order the supply in November 2025, subject to obtaining appropriations or appropriate authorizations.
The deployment of BIVs from the T1 tramway should be completed on 01.06.2026.
The duration of the services will be 5 years.
