Description:
From 2026, the TL wish to orient themselves on a long -term supply strategy with the aim of stabilizing the price of a strategic resource. Our strategy also favors a direct link with energy producers, in order to promote energy productionLocal renewable, while limiting the impact of market variations.
The implementation of this strategy is based on the association of two components:
i) Energy acquisition is the subject of this tender call through the framework of framework. This energy will be bought in the form ofPower Purchase Agreements (PPA), namely direct contracts relating to the purchase of term energy in the form of standard products and/or programs or profiles. The idea is to have a diverse PPA portfolio in order to ensure a long -term and secure supply. To be able to offerDirect contracts at the TL, tenderers must be the benefit of a framework contract. The allocation of these framework contracts is the subject of this tender.
II) in order to comply with this energy to the contracting curve of the adjudicator, its structuring will be carried out by a providerResponsible for managing the energy portfolio through a structured supply contract. The service provider in charge of this contract will be announced in due time in order to be able to set up the supply contracts.
