- IS security governance consultant IS security project manager IS security implementation consultant TL are the main player in public transport in the Lausanne region. For the proper functioning of the network, the Service Information Technology (IS) needs external support, which can be one-off or specific. This public contract concerns IT service support in the field of information systems security. This is a market of services, composed of 3 lots: * Lot 1: IS security governance consultant * Lot 2: IS security project manager * Lot 3: IS security implementation consultant The bidder is not obliged to submit an offer for all three lots and can therefore choose the lot(s) for which it will submit an offer. A bidder may be awarded one or more lots. Each lot will be evaluated separately and will be the subject of a separate auction. The award will result in the establishment of a framework contract with each of the successful bidders (art. 25 al. 5 AIMP 2019).
