The services covered by this call for tenders relate to: · Consulting services and coordination sessions necessary to define the number of meters required; · Coordination under Transitec supervision of conditions implementation; · The supply and installation of 17 meters with or without support elements, power supply, wired telecommunications network; · Commissioning and validation of the operation of counting devices ; · The option for an additional tranche of 15 meters with all the inherent services as described above; · The operation of meters and their maintenance during the metering campaign (5 years); · Generation of data counting; · The conservation, security and guarantee of access to data; · The provision of a secure data management platform, accessible to third parties, including the management of user accounts and the training of 10 users.
