The targeted solution is of the On-Premise type in software purchase/subscription format and must be integrated into the IT infrastructure and organizational structure of the school.
Authentication must be carried out with the Camipro Card, username/password.
• An all-inclusive or MPS service of one full-time person intended to restock machines with paper, toner and staples, make quick and easy repairs (jams, etc.) and work with the ServiceDesk to manage trouble tickets.
• 8 "solutions" allowing you to choose a cost center and release printing jobs on our plotters (Cannon and HP)
Implementing a solution must allow us to achieve, in particular, the following main objectives:
1. Allow printing, copying and scanning of documents
2. Create invoices
3. Allow the purchase of printing credits
4. Make it easier to install files printing
5. Manage consumables
