- A maintenance project is planned for the national road section N06.44/48 Spiez - Kandersteg, which has been handed over to the federal government since 2020. In addition to the route, the 23.9 km long route includes, among other things, two tunnels (Spiezwiler and Mitholz) as well as numerous Artistic buildings. Due to the cantonal nature of the route, slow traffic, the environment and noise are important aspects that must be taken into account. PV Bau is in charge of coordinating all departments. The mandate starts with the basic procurement and their analysis. The creation of a global conservation concept (EK) must further be used to check whether the route complies with today's standards and the current state of the art, as well as the procedure and measures for the further course of the project to suggest. This procurement contains the mandate of project author construction for the basic procurement and EK phases. In addition, a VoMa phase will be advertised, which includes the development of a possible VoMa within the project perimeter. The Phase is only triggered if, during the development of the global conservation concept, it turns out that repair of a section or individual object cannot wait until implementation in the conservation project.
