• The Uplans Tavannes-Boezingenfeld is between the U-KM 69.250 and U-KM 82,660 of the N16. The present
  call for tenders deals only at the section located between the junction of the Heutte [19] and the biennial junction [23], i.e. U-KM 76.100 in U-KM 82.660 (L =
  6.7km). It presents a 3rd lineClass in 2
  distinct sections including a rising path (TP2) and a descending path (TP3) between the Heutte and
  Bienne-Nord. The project therefore includes sanitation out of traffic of the rising way of the N16, for
