Description:
The section extends between the PK 69.250 and PK 76.500, integrating the La Rochette tunnel, the Pertuis Pierre Tunnel, the Tunnel of the Cote de Chaux, the Tunnel under the Roches, the TC of the Nidau Metairie and the TC de la Heutte.
The general objectives of the mandate are to pursue studies and the studies andRealization of the maintenance and sanitation of signaling installations in connection with the Uplans N16 Tavannes - Boezingenfeld.
The services of this market correspond to the services (SIA MP, pp 32, 41, 51, 52, 53) of project author (APR-traffic engineer) for the TP4-TP5 sectorsnamely the Tavannes sector (including the La Rochette tunnel) - La Heutte;
The realization of the service phases of the mandate concerns in particular the following elements:
- Normative analysis of the sector and identification of differences between the existing and a solution complying with current standards
-Critical analysis of the differences and establishment of documents for decision-making
- Establishment of the SIG part of the DAO BSA
- Development of site signaling plans
- Development of fire plans
- Establishment of the provisional phases and interactions with the BSA and GC.
