Description:
The maintenance of the N18 Delemont-Soyhieres (TE 61) section was recovered by OFROU on January 1, 2020 (NEB section). The Delemont-Soyhieres section totaling approximately 7.3 km can be divided into three sectors: the out-of-the-tour sector between km 0.00 and 0.86, the sector in the town between KM 0.86 and 2.43 and the area excluding locality between km 2.43 and 7.29. It is a national 3rd class route for which an uplans type maintenance project including occasional arrangements is envisaged. All areas (K, T/G, T/U and BSA) are affected by the project.
The issues urgent and maintaining the substance of the coatings are treated upstream, as part of an isolated project.
The market subject to this procedure includes the provision of support office to the contracting authority (BAMO) and Directorate General of Works (DGT) of the Civil Engineering Domains (GC) and Operating and security equipment (BSA) for all phases of the project ranging from the global maintenance concept (EK) to commissioning (SIA 53 phase). APR type services to formalize the bases and data available in an EK "summary" folder are also part of the mandate subject to this procedure.
