Description:
The project to bypass the town of Le Locle is a new development and consists of a tunnel bypass from the North (a two-way tube with a safety gallery), which begins towards the Col des Roches station (site of the Granges quarry) to end at the existing Cret-du-Locle junction. The scope of the study includes the entire Locle bypass (N20), including its connection to the local road network (cantonal and municipal roads).
The evolution of the project and the scale of the services to be carried out means that certain lots of agents will not be able to go as far as commissioning, this is the case for lot 4 Open sky civil engineering subject of this call for tenders.
The subject of this call for tender relates to APR and DLT services for all open-air civil engineering (GC) sectors of the N20 Le Locle bypass project. The phases concerned range from the finalization of the DP phase (additions to the established files) to commissioning.
