Description:
The project to bypass the city of Locle is a new development which consists of a avoidance in tunnel from the North (a two-way tube with security gallery), which begins towards the Gare du Col des Roches to reach the existing junction of Crett-du-Locle. The perimeter of the studyIncludes the whole of the Locle bypass (N20), including its connection to the local road network (cantonal and communal roads).
This project includes the supply, installation and maintenance of equipment for the monitoring of works and geological and hydrogeological objects as well asthat the preliminary treatment and the provision of raw measures and in graphic form. It also includes the implementation and exploitation of an alarm management system.
