Description:
This market concerns specialist services for environmental monitoring (SER) for sanitation work on approximately 30 works of art (individual anticipated measures) of the N21 route du Grand Saint Bernard. The section connects the Martigny-Croix junction to the gate North of the GD-St-Bernard tunnel (length: 39 km, RN 3rd class). Note that this national route is the subject of a pilot project in taking into account sustainable development.
In addition to the usual environmental monitoring services for the realization of the SIA 41-53 phases the market covers the following specific services:
* Follow -up services for CO2 emissions and energy consumption (Pilot ofrou);
* Hydrogeological monitoring;
* Events Other specialist services (according to needs).
