In this case, the service contract is being re-tendered Preparation and delivery of natural food (10,950 lunches and 6,570 dinners per year) for this catering facility plus emergency food within 30 minutes during 24 hours. The catering is currently provided externally using the cook and chill method manufactured, packaged in bulk, delivered approx. twice a week and processed in the regeneration process by SRB employees.
