Description:
The new CFF workshops in Yverdon-les-Bains, mainly dedicated to the heavy maintenance of the long distance trains fleet, are planned to be carried out in several work phases between 2029 and 2041. They will include 3 new long ways, a new production and distribution ofEnergies, a corporate restaurant, social surfaces (offices and changing rooms, new and sanitation), production areas that are sanitized in the quadrilateral and the northern halls, a new Bogies workshop on 1 level, as well as the development of a temporary logistics zone, to the west of theHalle ICN. The scope of the project also includes the reorganization of the entire track beam between the workshops and the station, the displacement of the Yverdon-les-Bains overflow roads, as well as the relocation of the P+Rail, probably in the new underground car parkFrom Place d'Armes, produced on the initiative of the city of Yverdon-les-Bains.
It should be emphasized that the perimeter of the project is divided into two stages, a first priority step, below called "Step 1 Naty", autonomous and coherent, which will be produced primarily (Horizon 2030-2040), and inA second step, without name or time horizon at present (hereinafter step 2).
The "naty" and itself divided into 4 work phases, not to be confused with the usual SIA phases.
