- The Neuwiesen III district was built between the 1920s and 1950s and is still partly in its original condition today. The perimeter comprises eleven road sections with a road area of around 35,000 m2. The asphalt coverings and the marginal ends are in need of renovation. For the whole Perimeter is a significant need for renovation of the plant management. A total of around 2.6 km of mixed water channels, which have an age of 80 to 120 years, are to be replaced promptly due to the structural condition. In addition, an estimated 100 private property connection lines are in need of renovation. Urgent renovations of the water pipes and electrical supply are also required.
