- The Neuwiesen III district was built between the 1920s and 1950s and is still partly in its original condition today. The perimeter comprises eleven road sections with a road area of around 35,000 m2. The asphalt coverings and the marginal ends are in need of renovation. There is a significant need for renovation for the work management for the entire perimeter. Overall, due to the structural condition, around 2.6 km of mixed water channels that have an age of 80 to 120 years must be replaced promptly. In addition, an estimated 120 private property connection lines in need of renovation are in need of renovation. Urgent renovations of the water pipes and electrical supply are also required.
