The present project essentially includes excavation work, reinforced concrete work as well as new plant line construction and relocation at small-scale locations in the area of Lucerne's old town. Relocation of the following lines: ewl water, ewl electric, ewl gas, Sewerage and meteor water. The following construction services must be provided, among others - excavation work - Plant line reassignment - Paving construction including foundation layer - In-situ concrete construction (Foundation slab UFC systems) - Temporary traffic routes for public transport/MIV/IV The Boundary conditions and restrictions are listed under “6_General and special provisions for the city of Lucerne”. The requirements of the building permit are listed under “8_Supplements to tenders”.
