The IT infrastructure becomes an enabler for the digitalization of public services and the Implementation of smart municipal management. The following main goals should be achieved: · Infrastructure flexibility and scalability to meet future needs. · Maximum availability and resiliency to ensure continuous services to ensure. · Data protection and security by implementing best practices in IT security and compliance with data protection regulations. · Easy use and integration of digital tools and cloud solutions that increase efficiency · Promote the modern workplace supported by mobile and connected work environments. The accompanying IT strategy target image forms the basis. This call for tenders is looking for a partner company that will develop the target image together with the city Altstätten and then operates and maintains the IT infrastructure. As part of this realignment, the IT and telephony of the Upper Rhine Valley Social Services (SDO) and the KESB Rheintal, which were previously integrated into the city of Altstätten, will be independent.
