- Installation of a thermal power station to ensure the production of hot and cold for spruce and cake batches. It is equipped with four cold pressure aircraft: three dedicated to cold production and one dedicated to the condensation network. Two cold group machines produce production.
There heat production is ensured by an arrival of the urban heating network (CAD), via thermal exchangers.
These installations provide cold and hot food for Epinettes and pancake lots.
