New OTR MBC Headquarters - Contract for heating and sanitary system works Heating and Sanitary systems linked to the construction of a new administrative building and the redevelopment of an existing building with the aim of enhancing the context and respond to the functional needs of the OTR Mendrisiotto and Basso Ceresio. New Building: Construction of a new thermal power plant powered by groundwater and summer freecooling. Heat/cold emission via coil system floor and fan coils. New drinking water connection and construction of 3 complete sanitary units. Existing building: Thermal energy supply from the new building via district heating. Air-water heat pump dedicated to production of domestic hot water Heat/cold emission via radiator and fan coil system. Drinking water supply from the new building.
