- Renovation of the Bäumlihof gymnasium and swimming pool, Basel: The high school was planned from 1972 to 1974 by Vischer Architekten AG, Basel. The facility in the functional style of the 1970s comprises a total of seven wings, two of which are swimming pools and six Gymnasiums. The four school wings were completely renovated between September 2014 and August 2018. Section T (gym and swimming pool) was put on hold and will be completed in the coming years. The project perimeter of the renovation is limited to this Building itself. A change of use is not planned. The conversion will take place in two stages, with the first stage being converted while the second stage is still in operation. After a moving phase and commissioning of the first stage, the second stage will take place renovated. The existing concrete facade, consisting of prefabricated concrete elements, will be dismantled, upgraded and reassembled. For this work we are looking for one or two window and door builders specializing in metal windows. The tender will be in divided into two lots.
