- The Social Insurance Office of the Canton of Bern (ASV) is replacing the existing specialist application EVOK with a new case management system. The subject of the tender is the development, introduction and operation of a solution including maintenance, support and further development.
The system should Targeted relief for ASV employees in the core processes of premium reduction and compulsory health insurance and ensuring consistent, efficient and secure data management. It must have standardized interfaces to cantonal and national surrounding systems and meet all legal, organizational and safety requirements of the Canton of Bern. In addition, reliable and sustainable operation of the application must be ensured.
