Description:
The project is planned to accommodate 700 students on three levels on its commissioning. On the upper ground floor and the floor are the premises intended for teaching, while on the lower ground is the services: the refectory, the administration and the premises for the mastersteaching. Some deposit and storage premises occupy a partial basement.
The carrier structure is made of reinforced concrete and the facades in deactivated concrete, flowing in place, revealing a strong texture of the light-yellow gravel. Inside, a large number of partitions, between premises are inWood as well as fixed arrangements, acoustic absorption coatings and doors.
energetically construction is designed to achieve performance equivalent to the Minergie P 2017 standard. Heat production is ensured by the CAD. The premises are ventilated by an installationDouble-flow mechanics with energy recovery, photovoltaic sensors are installed on the green roof.
