- Ovra electrica Surses (OE Surses) is the municipality's own electricity supply company. It is the owner and operator of the distribution network and is responsible for the electricity supply. The Bivio faction, which has its own electricity plant, is excluded from this (EW Bivio). The purpose of the tender is to select a network operation service provider in the comprehensive sense as a delegated system operator and electricity portfolio manager for OE Surses. The same scope of services is also available as an option for the EW Bivio present procedure. The services include the network systems as well as our own production facilities (drinking and small hydroelectric power plants). In addition, all regulatory tasks as a network operator, electricity supplier and electricity producer are to be fulfilled fulfill. This also includes monitoring the electricity and HKN wholesale market, defining and implementing the electricity procurement strategy, handling the procurement of guarantees of origin for electricity labeling and the fulfillment of all of these regulatory requirements for the scope of services.
