• Description:
• The purpose of this tender is to evaluate a service provider who will provide regular inter-cantonal prisoner transport across Switzerland between different official institutions using secured vehicles, from January 1, 2028 for the next 5 years (optionally 2 Can be extended by 3 years each time). The provider is free to decide which route he uses to transport the prisoners.
  The scope of services includes the construction, operation and further development of a scalable transport system as well as operational monitoring. and coordination, the training and further education of the necessary personnel and the provision of the necessary infrastructure.
  To procure these services, the open procedure in accordance with Art. 18 IVoeB is used with a functional design in three (3) iterations (see specifications, Section 2.4):

  All providers, the conditions of participation, the eligibility criteria and the project requirements fulfill, have the opportunity to submit an offer. The detailed spatial and temporal operational concept is - in the sense of a functional Design of the process - developed within the framework of up to three (3) iterations.
