- The aim of the tender is to procure the OSDM Distributor technical system component in the form of Software as a Service. For more information on OSDM, see https://osdm.io . The OSDM model is divided into different roles that participants can assume: Fare provider role: sets the tariffs and the rules for combining them and makes them available to distributors offline or online. Distributor role: combines fares, defines after-sales rules within the framework set by the fare providers, provides combined offers and manages the booking transaction, takes care of ticket security (barcode, control processes), manages compensation processes. Retailer role: sells tickets to customers from one or more distributors, selects the distributors and merges multiple independent bookings.
